Welcome to my profile! I have always been passionate about entrepreneurship and from age 19 to 29 have had the great experience of running an online platform. After that, we succesfully sold this business. Since March 2022, I joined our family business The Schippers Group, being responsible for our digital growth together with my team. We manage 8 webshops across Europe, providing professional farmers with over 5,000 products for clean, hygienic barns, while minimizing disease risk. Our goal is to become Europe's market leader, making it easy for farmers to all the products they need in one shop and addressing their challenges through our advice pages and communication channels. We're always looking for talented marketers and developers that would like to help us grow the need for hygiene in livestock farming and thereby reducing the unnecessary use of antibiotics in the industry.

During my bachelorโ€™s, I started my entrepreneurial journey. In 2012, with my brother and sister, I launched JAMwerkt.nl, connecting young people with local job opportunities. After earning my masterโ€™s in Business Information Management, I joined JAMwerkt fulltime in 2016. We expanded the team and introduced the 'Talent bank', prioritizing talents over vacancies, enabling companies to find the right candidates quickly. Besides strategic planning, I was responsible digital marketing and platform development.

Our rapid growth was rewarded with the 'Gouden FD Gazelle' for the fastest-growing company in the Southern part of The Netherlands in 2016. In March 2019, the Financial Times named us the 8th fastest-growing company in the Netherlands.

After years of growth and building a strong team of 18, we sold JAM to take on a new challenge at our family business, The Schippers Group. In July 2021, JAM was acquired by the Trixxo Group, aiming to make JAM the leading youth employment brand in the Netherlands.

In my next career move, I was looking for an international environment, a larger company, and to be challenged more. I found this at The Schippers Group, where I had the opportunity to establish and expand the E-commerce department!
