I've been in the Recruiting World since 2012 and finally started a boutique firm in 2021. I've had the pleasure of working for a large, publicly traded staffing firm in a variety of roles, to a smaller firm where I had the opportunity to rebuild my business from scratch and run a full desk. I've learned a ton and met some awesome people along the way, but I am beyond excited to be running a growing firm and partnering with some awesome organizations and start-ups. I am also excited to be doing some contract recruiting work for Ripple as they transform the crypto payments space.
