I am passionate about maximizing the impact that people have on businesses. My career of over 20 years has provided several opportunities of working at multiple organizations and with numerous leaders. Some of those experiences have inspired me, while others have taught powerful lessons. I thought, “There’s got to be a better way to understand what makes employees happy and productive and what makes organisations great”.
This led me to the business of Human Resources and specifically towards making a difference to the experience thousands of individuals are having daily at their workplace. My approach to achieving this rely on 3 key pillars – practicing the Art of Inquiry for shifting leaders mindset, leveraging data-led Insights for making better decisions, and using technology for scaling up implementation.
Over the past 8+ years, I have helped leaders in more than 150 organizations spread over 25 markets across APAC and EMEA find solutions to their most critical people challenges.
