I have over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, where I held leadership positions at Citigroup and Deutsche Bank. I have also founded and ran multiple ventures in various fields from hospitality to real estate.

Currently, I am the CEO of Blade Labs, a venture that is building and implementing FinTech and RegTech APIs that enable enterprises to add compliant digital asset capabilities to their businesses. For example, enterprises can offer compliant real world asset token products from the highest quality issuers to their customers, adding additional revenue streams to their existing businesses.

Our mission is to democratize access to regulated real world assets, such as tokenized fixed income, private credit, commodities, and real estate. These tokens can be programmed to provide scheduled returns, transparency, investor protection, and can be settled 24/7 atomically. My team and I leverage our expertise in compliance, capital markets and frontier technology to provide solutions that meet the regulatory requirements of different jurisdictions and user profiles. I am also an angel and seed investor for asset tokenization ventures, and a principal at Spark Fund Family Office, a single family office investing in real estate and tokenized assets.

In addition to my entrepreneurial and investment activities, my wife and I have 4 sons, I am a three-time best-selling author in Japan, and a public speaker in the field of financial literacy. I am passionate about educating and empowering people to achieve their financial goals and create their ideal lifestyles. I have written books on topics such as wealth creation, financial education for children, and investing strategies. I have also delivered keynote speeches and seminars at various events and institutions, sharing my insights and expertise on finance, technology, and entrepreneurship. I earned my BE in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering and minor in Economics from Duke University.
