As the founder and CEO of ProofHub, I realize that the spectrum of my responsibilities spans wider than just managing a team. As a leader, the role of influencing people and leading them onto the right path falls onto me.
And, I will wear this responsibility proudly on my sleeve because I understand, when I take up management, it stands to reason that I am creating something that is of value to more people than just “me”.
As an influencer and a thought leader, my actions and words make a huge impact, and thus, I make sure to make them count. I am an advocate for innovation, creativity, nuanced technology, and agility at the workplace—the essence of which I used to create ProofHub.
Apart from all of that, I am a simple man who believes in nurturing his team, taking care of his family, and promoting health and wellness. If you can’t find me at one of our ProofHub offices, you will definitely find me indulging in mindful hobbies like hiking, biking, photography, or jamming on my guitar.
