As a former founder and CEO myself, I started, built, and sold several successful, high-growth companies now worth almost $100M, hired nearly 200 employees, and was able to positively impact millions of lives. I now draw on my 10+ years of practical experience to help clients achieve transformational growth and improved business results.
I’m also the co-author of “Agile Engagement” (Wiley, 2016) and a national keynote speaker and columnist on topics like innovation, enterprise growth, employee engagement, org culture, and workplace strategy.
