Sara is a qualified and experienced coach, counsellor, coach supervisor, facilitator, and mindfulness teacher and has been working in personal and organisational development since 1997. She is trained and experienced in working integratively which allows her to draw on a variety of models and theories in order to creatively tailor her approach to each client. Her work focuses on the whole person or organisation and the groups and environments they are part of.

She works in partnership to build solutions and develop changes that work because they are aligned with values and purpose. She helps people to develop authenticity, presence and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. She does this by helping people cultivate greater self-awareness and build the practices that will help them develop the qualities they need to live and work in more skillful and fulfilling ways.

As well as helping individuals in their personal development journey she has also helped businesses succeed through effective leadership and coherent people practices. Her business experience spans a variety of organisations from large corporations to small start-ups, in fields as diverse as FMCG, IT, high street retailing and the education sector. As well as coaching leaders for higher performance as individuals and in teams her work has included projects in change management, leadership development and organisational effectiveness.
