Today, I’m fortunate to build trusted relationships with customers and guide them in their entry at Zendesk. I lead our pre-sales teams globally and put customer service above all else.

At Zendesk, we make customer service better. We help companies empower their customer service agents and sales teams with the tools they need to get the job done right. And I’m humbled to lead the team that shows customers all they can do with our solutions.

Over the last two decades, I dedicated my career to presales and have been humbled by the journey. I’ve met amazing clients, worked across multiple geographies (America, EMEA and China) and developed lifelong working relationships and friendships on this journey.

I held leadership roles and sold to several divisions: Public Sector, Education, Health Care organizations, plus Retail and Financial Services.

I’m a passionate mom of two and whenever I can, you can find me cheering them on at their soccer practices or games. We are all avid Atlanta United soccer fans. I love to travel and experience this beautiful planet and recently passed my scuba diving certification - a bucket list goal.

While traveling I love people watching, great food (I will try anything once!) and nice wine.
