Sarah Lewis-Kulin joined Great Place to Work Institute in 2000 and has contributed to its rapid growth in the last decade by playing leadership roles in the development of several of its major client services units and new business ventures.
In her current position as VP & Senior Editor, Sarah is a founding member of the management team that is starting up Great Place to Work’s first international subsidiary business, Great Rated!. (Great Rated! is an online tool that provides job seekers with objective insider analysis of the quality of prospective workplaces.)
Sarah is a “fixer.” She naturally gravitates to start-ups, problem areas in need of improvement, and key opportunities. She has previously launched the project management group for a consulting team, directed Great Place to Work’s flagship Best Companies research team, and created a knowledge development group focused on making use of under-leveraged intellectual property. She is responsible for starting up the Institute’s highly successful conference & networking business. She has served on management teams for over 8 years.
