I also lead global and regional growth plans to amplify our market position, drive customer preference and demand for our services and solutions, and engage across the customer journey.

My background in Psychology and Marketing has given me deep insight into consumer behaviour and human habits, which I apply to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market plans that are highly attuned to evolving customer needs.
