Well, I strongly believe in "Good Marketing makes the company feel smart but Great marketing makes customers feel smart" By Joe Chernov. Besides, I'm fascinated by two things, one is, the concept of consumer logic how rational yet irrational it can be. Another one is the challenge of communicating with consumer in a way that persuades and convince them always to require optimization. So we optimize for something that is both rational and irrational. I apply this in leadership, In this digital world, When working with a team or consumer, our perimeter is pretty big seeking distinct logic where we put pieces together bring up ideas, optimize outcomes for growth of the future.
