I am responsible for articulating the Business Value of CX for our Customers across APAC. We do this by executing discovery workshops to uncover the stated and unstated wishes and pains of our Customers, and then connecting it to relevant solutions. We quantify the potential impact of these solutions on their KPIs. Apart from direct customer engagements, I also speak regularly at industry conferences and company events on how enterprises can transform their CX.
