With over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and coaching, I am a Senior Sales Enablement Manager EMEA at Zoom, the leading video communications platform that delivers happiness to millions of users. I hold a Masters degree, a Sales Trainer certification, and an Executive and Life Coach certification, which enable me to combine business acumen, sales excellence, and coaching skills in my role.
I am passionate about developing and empowering salespeople to achieve their ambitions and connect with their customers. I design and deliver strategies for high-quality training and onboarding programs for Zoom's sales, pre-sales, and solution engineering teams across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, using storytelling and facilitation techniques to create engaging and authentic learning experiences.
I also founded and run FearlesslyFirst, a coaching program that aims to impact meaningful change through mentoring and public speaking.
