• Lead generation in various ways, including over the phone and in person. Door knocking, circle prospecting, open houses, established database with goal of at least 100 conversations about real estate per week
• Follow up on leads generated and formulate plan in CRM for doing so. Tailor interactions and scripts around where lead is in the buying or selling process, being sure to bring value to every conversation
• Armed with real estate knowledge, including important aspects of homes, potential issues and what to look out for. Also informed about the state of the market, why we are seeing this type of market and how to deal with it specifically.
• Client interaction on their time. Fit client needs around rest of schedule and always be available for showings or a phone conversation. Know how to deal with clients on an individual basis, who needs reassurance/a push in a certain direction/time to think/constant communication etc.
• Speak with listing agents with tact and prepared knowledge to make our client and eventual offer as appealing as possible. Always respond ASAP to clients and agents
• Write up contracts while informing client what every aspect means, especially financially and timetables within the contract. Work with admin to ensure appropriate communication throughout transaction
Server - Hillstone Restaurant Group
• Serving tables with poise and professionalism, ensuring food and drink arrive on time and correct in regards to how the guest ordered their meal
• Working at a fast pace with others effectively in a highly team oriented environment
• Completing all side work/cleaning duties while ensuring guests are happy and enjoying their experience. Including cleaning the restaurant as if brand new after all guests have left

PE Assistant - College Hills Elementary
• Lead 10 classes each day of ~70 students per class: monitoring, directing, inspiring, and connecting with children.
• Teach children from greatly varied ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds, students who speak English as a second language or do not speak English.
• Gained understanding of elementary school protocol, rules and regulations.
• Regularly and efficiently working with teachers and parents to make school safe, fun and successful for all.
