I’m a technologist at heart with a passion for working with customers, which continues to be the key component of my role as VP of Revenue at Upland - Content Lifecycle Automation. I lead the core revenue teams for the Upland Content Lifecycle Automation business unit, focused on growing all revenue streams across the CLA line of products. Upland Content Lifecycle Automation is in a unique position to drive value to our existing client base, and accelerate the overall solution set to continue to lead the market in the content lifecycle automation space. Key focus areas are in customer acquisition, customer retention, and professional services, all of which work in conjunction to drive the overall success of Upland CLA.
