As a product management leader able to step back to develop strategy and roadmaps, I enjoy rolling-up my sleeves to define, build, and have fun. I helped grow product teams from just a handful individuals into robust organizations of 50 and 100 team members.

I have experience in both large enterprises and start-up environments, managing P&Ls, budgets, and forecasting. Over 5 years, our team grew from $25M in revenue to over $100M.

I excel in helping organizations looking to accelerate to the next stage of growth by partnering with leaders across sales, technology, marketing, and business intelligence to foster collaboration and esprit de corps.

I love to leverage data and analytics to guide decisions, working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau to understand the metrics of the business. I then look to balance those insights with market research, competitive analysis, and good old customer discussions to outline a strategy forward. What’s left is the fun part … execution.
