I believe in engaging clients to deliver value, leading to stronger retention and opportunities to grow. I’ve had the pleasure of leading teams from 5 – 55 people, across different areas of focus, all with a goal of wowing customers. I am comfortable being scrappy, having focused a team to see growth during a time of no product enhancements. Establishing clear KPIs, creating strong on-boarding and baseline training, and optimizing processes is key to my overall strategy, while not losing site of the relationship that needs to be nurtured with clients.
