I do this in both my capacities as a Certified Executive Coach and an Organizational Effectiveness Executive in Tech/SaaS.
I love to create and design. My background spans building highly responsive B2B software products, designing scaled critical business processes and developing conscious and high-performing leaders.
I love to teach and learn. In addition to my computer engineering and MBA formal degrees, I am certified in executive and team coaching, OKRs/goal setting, change management, agile/SCRUM and leadership assessments.
All of these experiences enrich my toolkit that I bring with me to my engagements.
Through building and leading highly dynamic, globally distributed teams in Product and Go-To-Market organizations, I have learned one thing - highly engaged and effective leaders make the most impact to their careers, teams and the business. What's unique about my coaching approach is that I bring a strategy lens to connecting what may seem like disparate dots for coachees. I courageously call out what I may see, hear or sense while holding my coachee with love through the coaching process. Coaching requires a willingness to go deep and move forward to making lasting change, it is a courageous journey you are on, and I am here to walk that journey by your side.
