Between 2005 & 2017, I have managed talent functions across key Asia Pacific & Middle East markets for Nasdaq-listed Cognizant Technology Solutions & NCS (A Singtel Group Enterprise) in the areas of Workforce Planning & Strategy, Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Talent Supply Chain & Internal Mobility. Based out of Singapore since 2012, I have had the opportunity to anchor critical, large-scale cross-border Talent-linked initiatives spanning multiple Geographies, Industry and Technology Segments.
Since Mar 2018, I have been a hands-on HR Technopreneur. A passionate HRTech advocate, I have a strong exposure to the HR Technology advisory & implementation aspect of the business, having conceptualised & grown hrtech.sg (www.hrtech.sg) to become Singapore’s largest, curated HRTech marketplace with over 140 solution providers. We have also launched hrtech.in (www.hrtech.in) which is emerging as India's fast growing HRTech marketplace. We are the creators of the Singapore and India HRTech market maps which are closely tracked by HRTech aficionados.
As a Program Lead of HRTech Taskforce for the Institute of Human Resource Professionals (IHRP), the focus is to drive HRTech adoption by Singapore HR teams.
