With over 12 years of experience in this role and its predecessors, I have been instrumental in shaping and scaling the company's culture, values, and vision, while ensuring the well-being and growth of our diverse and talented team.

I hold a Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University and a STARs Certification from the Washington State Department of Early Learning. I am passionate about researching and applying the best practices of human connection and communication to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our workflow.
