Hello! I’m Stephen Drew, Founder of the Architecture Social—an online community and resource hub dedicated to empowering professionals in Architecture, Design, Development, and Real Estate to advance their careers. My mission is to provide the insights, tools, and opportunities that help you thrive, whether you're launching your career or aiming for the next level.

With over a decade of experience in the Architecture and Design industries, I’ve collaborated with leading firms such as AHMM, Allies and Morrison, Benoy, Sheppard Robson, and Skidmore Owings and Merrill, assisting them in attracting and retaining exceptional creative talent. My roles at Ackroyd Lowrie and EPR Architects involved optimizing recruitment strategies to draw high-caliber designers.

I’m honored to serve as an ambassador for the Architects Benevolent Society and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. My contributions to the industry include active participation in the Recruitment Employment Confederation and the Association of Professional Staffing Companies.

My passion for education and mentorship is reflected in my tenure as an elected RIBA Council Member, where I contributed to the Future Architects and Education Group. I’ve mentored postgraduate students at the University of Westminster, served as a Visiting Critic and Teaching Assistant at the Manchester School of Architecture, and lectured at LJMU, MSA, and Coventry University.

The Architecture Social combines my expertise with an exclusive online platform, curated content, an extensive professional network, and a podcast, making it a comprehensive resource for architects and designers. Whether you're seeking your next career opportunity or looking to build a high-performing team, the Architecture Social connects people, supports growth, and fosters collaboration.

My journey began in Architecture at EPR Architects after completing my studies at the Manchester School of Architecture and the University of Westminster. My work has been featured in The Financial Times, The Guardian, BBC Radio, RIBA Online, and the Business of Architecture Podcast. My true passion lies in helping others unlock their potential and build fulfilling careers.
