The hiring process is the first exposure a candidate will have with a company before they come on board, so it is critical that the hiring team be educated on real trends that effect the hiring landscape.
My core focus is ensure that companies and the individuals involved in the hiring process at their organization, are educated & savvy when bringing on new employees.
