Steven Rice

Steven Rice, CPM® is a Principal and Managing Partner of Venture Real Estate Co. He began his real estate investment career in 2008 by purchasing a single-family rental home. Over the next few years he worked in many real estate related industries, including construction, finance, and property management.

In March of 2013, Steven cofounded Venture Real Estate Company, a private equity real estate investment and management firm located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since its inception, Venture Real Estate Co. has acquired more than 2,400 units and currently owns and manages 1,100 units valued at more than $150 million dollars.

As a CPM®, Steven is a recognized expert in the real estate investment and management industry. Steven earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an international leader in real estate investment and management education. The CPM® designation is awarded to real estate management professionals upon completion of the education requirements and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience.

Personally, Steven is committed to excellence in everything he does. His drive, work ethic, and character are rooted in his Christian faith. Steven operates his life with discipline and integrity.
