I am a senior management executive with over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Engineering attained across North America and Asia Pacific. I am currently privileged to lead Salesforce’s ASEAN business with a vision to build a team that lives our Salesforce values, drives growth and delivers impact within and beyond the Salesforce ecosystem.
I have 3 core beliefs when it comes to shaping culture: hiring and nurturing the right people, inculcating a metrics-driven rigor, and making bold changes wherever necessary. Rather than building a team of champions, I believe in building a championship team that’s aligned on both goals and values. This is the first step towards delivering impact to customers, partners and the wider Salesforce ecosystem, also known as our Ohana.
I believe that business performance is key but should not be the only piece of the discussion. In the conversations that I have with customers and our Ohana, I am always considering how we can establish a longer-lasting impact to our customers and the wider community.
Lastly, I am-in for the right opportunities — big ideas motivate me more than big teams do, and I am happy to roll up my sleeves for the right opportunity when it comes along.
