Salvator Dali once said "Don't be afraid of perfection, you will never reach it." and that pretty much summarizes my view in life. As a perfectionist, I obtained my Bachelor Degree in Marketing with honors while working full time in Retail Banking. After that I worked in Customer Service on behalf of two big insurance companies while attending many seminars and learning Spanish.
Today, I'm a Customer Happiness Specialist in Epignosis LTD and in the same time I'm studying Spanish Language and Literature in EKPA university.
