As an HR professional, I'm fiercely passionate about the value I add to individuals and a company or teams that I associate myself with. Absolutely enjoy working on organizational development, change/ transformation management and of course, on my most favorite space of ‘inclusion’. My style and approach also come from my personal interest and passion for art/various forms of expression and yoga.
I strongly believe ‘in challenging the status quo’ (In really simple ways) to constantly add value. I do believe that the trick is to create and provide for an environment where everyone can get their whole selves to work.
As Hacksters, you’ll see us bunch of energized monkeys giving our best shot at foosball, table tennis, and coding (we take our games and codes very seriously). We hold our traditions high – whether it’s our week-long Hackathons, our ‘code commits’ parties or the roast sessions of Sachin, our CEO at the team gathering.
