I am a medicinal chemist (14+ years in Pharma & Biotech industries) with extensive experience in small molecule and peptide drug discovery. I have a strong background in structure-based drug design and lead compound optimization for potency, selectivity, physico-chemical properties, ADME and PK by using multivariant SAR analysis and hypothesis-driven MedChem design principles. I have a solid track record of project management on multiple drug discovery projects (including CNS, rare disease, oncology) and a keen interest in computational chemistry and cheminformatics to drive projects forward.
