Currently building as the Lead for Customer Experience (CX) at Voiceflow, Voiceflow, a conversational AI design, prototyping platform using Large Language Models (LLMs). Tahsim spearheads CX and the creation of 'Tico', an AI assistant used by 100k+ aimed at productizing the vision of an automated 'Virtual Employee'.
Leveraging cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence, Prompt Engineering & GPT/LMs, Tico's mission transforms as a function across departments, automating & streamlining workflows, and pioneering a new industry-exemplar category.
Tahsim's prev. role was at leading innovation at Canada's largest retailer. He was responsible for bringing forth latest technologies & innovations across the 200,000+ organization & the retail/grocery landscape, through conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) & Pilots. (prev. Product at IBM, Microsoft, HP & PwC).
Tahsim was the founder of Fanspoke, operating at the intersection of the music industry & voice tech. The 'Fanspoke x Sam Feldt' collaboration made ripples in dance music/EDM and has captured the attention of the biggest labels and management teams in music - as the first-ever application of Voice technology in Dance Music.
As Tahsim continues to build Voiceflow, he remains committed to improving the lives of others. Whether that is by serving as an Advisor to OneProsper International, teaching youth financial literacy & helping others achieve employment via Youth Shelters. Tahsim volunteers & offers one-to-one career support for university/college students, and documents the journey live on YouTube and Twitch.
He continues to frequently stimulate industry speaking globally such as being a TEDx speaker, 2018 Global VOICE Summit, 2019 Alexa Conference.
