An admitted Arts Junkie, Tallie serves Big Sky in diverse capacities. As Former President of the Arts Council Board - for which she served for six years - she initiated the organization’s Auction for the Arts and Public Art projects. She likewise sits on the Warren Miller Performing Arts Center board and sings in the Community Chorus. Now as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for the Big Sky Community Organization, she oversees fundraising, governance, and local parks and trails. To boot, she launched Big Sky’s chapter of Toastmasters International. A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Tallie completed her BA in Philosophy at Washington and Lee University in Virginia and headed West in 2005. After serving as an intern at The Nature Conservancy in Island Park, Idaho, she relocated to Big Sky where she quickly and firmly planted her roots. Hasn’t budged since.
