• Created a comprehensive Sales Resource Guide for Blackboard by soliciting input from employees over 7 different departments to help onboard 50+ new hires and create more efficient processes for tenured salespeople.
• Developed research focused marketing campaigns targeting C-level and HR executives for CEB. 75% of the connections resulted in a sales call. 20% of calls resulted in sales. Exceeded monthly and quarterly sales goals by 15%.
