I am a Teaching Professor at the top ranked Kelley School of Business, at Indiana University. Since 2013 I have been a LinkedIn Learning Instructor, with over 10 million learners through multiple courses on the major learning platform.

My teaching philosophy revolves around experiential learning. Knowing that someone is more efficient or proficient in their work because of something I taught them, gives me purpose.
