I founded HandletheHeat.com in 2009, a baking blog where I share sweet treats with a sprinkling of baking science. I'm a professionally trained chef and a cookbook author based in Phoenix, Arizona. My first cookbook, Cookies & Cream: Hundreds of Ways to Make the Perfect Ice Cream Sandwich, was published in 2013.
