Tiffany A. Yu, MSc

I am building and funding the things I wish existed when I was younger.

I am the CEO & founder of Diversability, an award-winning social enterprise to elevate disability pride (think of us like a Disability Employee Resource Group ERG that exists outside of a company) and the founder of the Awesome Foundation Disability Chapter, which awards monthly micro-grants to disability projects ($59.5k to 60 projects in 10 countries). I also serve on the San Francisco Mayor’s Disability Council, appointed by San Francisco Mayor London Breed in 2019, and was a Co-Chair of the 2020 World Economic Forum Sustainable Development Impact Summit. I am a 3x TEDx speaker and have spoken at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, Singularity, Harvard, Stanford, and more. In 2017, I was featured on a Dutch national television series in conversation with Harvard Professor Michael Sandel.

Previously, I worked at a venture-backed co-living startup, Sean Diddy Combs’s music network REVOLT TV, and Bloomberg. I started my career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, where I worked on over $14 billion of announced transactions.
