With over 10 years of experience in digital operations and customer experience, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver exceptional results and value for my organization and clients. I am currently the Director of Revenue Operations at Bright Horizons, a leading provider of high-quality child care and early education, where I oversee the lead-to-revenue processes, analysis, and reporting.

I have developed and implemented tools and data structures that help executives identify and address process inefficiencies, data discrepancies, process gaps, and individual performance. I have also collaborated with 60 different customer-facing departments to establish a new department that oversees customer success, from how prospects find us to onboarding new customers and every touch point in-between. I have earned global recognition for launching a seamless customer experience project that significantly increased revenue growth.
