Todd Rich

Todd Rich is currently the owner of the Maid Brigade franchise for Northern Nevada. Maid Brigade’s exclusive PUREcleaning complete home & commercial cleaning and disinfection services is now available to the Northern Nevada area. Todd previously served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Nevada Health Centers (NVHC). NVHC is a non-profit organization with 17 sites that provides health care services to thousands of Nevadans across the state. These services include primary care, dental and other needed ancillary services. Responsible for all human resources, organizational development, compliance and marketing functions.

Prior to joining the NVHC, Mr Rich served as Deputy Executive Director at the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners. He helped move the Board forward in the areas of regulation development, operational improvement and public outreach. He also served as the Chief Deputy Commissioner of the Nevada Division of Insurance. He was responsible for the administration functions of the Division as well as overseeing the Life & Health, Property & Casualty, Producer Licensing, and Self Insured Worker’s Compensation Section. He also served as a hearing officer for the Agency.

Previously, Mr. Rich served in Governor Gibbons’ cabinet as the Director of Personnel for the State of Nevada. He also held the position of Deputy Director for the Department of Business and Industry and is a former Board Member of the Public Employee’s Benefit Program for the state of Nevada.

Prior to state service, he managed a large physicians’ practice in Reno. He also held the position of Human Resource Director for Renown Health System in Reno and Comcast Cable in Philadelphia.

Mr. Rich is a graduate of the University of Nevada with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
