I work intersectionally across the disciplines of strategy, marketing, branding, design, communications, media, and experience.

I lead diverse, cross-disciplinary teams of award-winning talent, across analytics, strategy, consulting, media planning, research, and user experience.

Most recently I helped lead the transformation of R/GA, one of the world's most innovative creative companies, around a purpose to design business and brands for a more human future. This led to a 70% win rate in new business pitches, and recognition as Campaign's global digital innovation agency of the year, and #2 on Ad Age's A-List .

I help brands solve the biggest challenges of a changing world: launching and scaling innovation, turning revolutionary technologies into legitimate brands, identifying and winning a radically different next generation of users, defining a purpose to transform the organization and unlock future growth, developing marketing for today's media and culture, redefining brands from words to actions to create value through interface and innovation, responding authentically to the societal challenges of remote work and racial justice.

I specialize in working with brands at the forefront of technology and culture, including Amazon, ESPN, the Museum of Modern Art, PlayStation, Reddit, Samsung, Vans, Verizon, Virgin and Uber.

I have been a keynote speaker for Cannes Lions, Web Summit, the ANA, the 4As, the IAB and Wharton Business School, and created IP that attracts new business revenue and puts agencies on the biggest stages in the marketing world. My interests include the future of sports, new models for building digital and tech brands, and human-friendly approaches to new technology.

I believe in innovation with a commercial impact. I have been a judge for the Effies, Cannes Lions and the IPA Effectiveness Awards, and have won multiple effectiveness awards for increasing revenue and brand equity for Dos Equis, Michael's, P&G, Reddit, and Virgin Mobile.

I build strategic businesses. I have grown and led brand design and consulting, media, editorial and research practices.

And as a champion of talent, I sit on the selection committee of the Advertising Hall of Fame and Hall of Achievement to honor diverse leaders who make a positive impact in the creative industries. Two of my employees have been honored as Ad Age's Strategic Planners of the Year.
