I am the CEO and Founder of Tech Valley Shuttle, a company that aims to combat poverty through transportation. Through Tech Valley Shuttle, I continue to provide equal access to employment, combat food insecurity, and transportation deserts, reduce recidivism, increase equal access to education, and aim to decrease the school-to-prison pipeline.

The company has also expanded Medicaid transportation services to more than just doctors’ visits. Tech Valley Shuttle's approach is unique, as we go beyond transportation services by focusing on community support, engagement, and improvement for underrepresented people and those who are formally incarcerated.

I have grown the business from a hotel-based transportation agency in 2016 to a fully customizable company specializing in workforce transportation. I now own two of the larger Black-owned businesses in the Capital Region. I have been highlighted in Bloomberg Business Week, Forbes 1000, and the New York Times for my work.

I was also recently named the 2023 SBA Upstate NY Small Business Person of the Year for expanding ride services during the pandemic, filling a critical community need. I was formally incarcerated, and since my release, I have dedicated my career to creating opportunities for others in the same position through Tech Valley Shuttle. My ultimate goal is to be a resource for others by shifting how organizations perceive and hire underrepresented groups.
