Currently the Director of Recruitment and People Experience at SPCSHP. I joined the agency (formerly known as Big Spaceship) in 2019 as a Senior Recruiter, developing the recruitment practice and spearheading DE&I across all disciplines before stepping into the position of Associate Director of Recruitment and People and Experience, followed by my current role.

I am a full-cycle recruiter across all agency disciplines working closely with hiring managers on strategy, best practices, and planning. Helping to put the puzzle pieces together for not only SPCSHP but the candidate is something I am truly passionate about.

In addition, I co-lead the DE&I practice alongside a consultancy partner I sourced, The Adversity Group, I work with SPCSHP's leadership team on the issues impacting its many different communities. With a perspective shaped by my experience as a woman of color, I create spaces for communities of difference through the development of employee resource groups (ERGs), among other efforts, building advocacy, leadership, and community across SPCSHP and the industry at large.

Before joining SPCSHP, I held full-cycle recruitment roles at Laundry Service, Wasserman, and Cycle recruiting across all departments inclusive of but not limited to Account Management, Strategy, Production, Project Management, Creative, Social, Influencer/Brand Partnerships, Media, and Editorial.
