As the co-founder and Managing Partner of 21st Century Property Management, I lead a high-tech, cutting-edge firm that delivers best-in-class management services to over 400 residential and commercial units in Southern California. With more than 15 years of experience in real estate development and management, I have a proven track record of success in raising capital, closing deals, managing assets, and creating value for our residents and owners.
I am responsible for developing and executing our strategic vision for expansion as a major regional player in the SFR management space, as well as overseeing all aspects of Accounting, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Business Development. I also lead our M&A activities, identifying and acquiring potential portfolio targets and partners. My passion is driving innovation in the property management industry, leveraging my skills and credentials as a licensed California and Colorado Real Estate Broker and an IREM® Accredited Residential Manager.
