My passion is building genuine and lasting connections and supporting Leaders in doing the same within their teams. I light up when others have 'ah-ha' moments based on something I’ve shared. I am at my best when helping organizations address their pressing people priorities, operating at the intersect of setting strategic direction and building and leading execution plans and teams.

I understand first hand the difficulty in building systems that work, the complexity in creating an adaptive people strategy that enables companies to thrive. I simplify that process, working collaboratively as part of Senior Leadership Teams and Boards to enable organizations to benefit from the rewards of operating people-first.
Not only am I people focused, but I am a highly strategic and operational leader. In the past I served as the CEO of a tech start-up, for which I was shortlisted for the Business Leader of the Year - Women in IT Awards in 2019. I am excellent at transforming business ambiguity and challenges into clarity and opportunity using my years of expertise as a trained Management Consultant at Deloitte.
I have global experience, ranging across Asia, Africa, Europe and South America, and am fluent in both Spanish and English. I bring my experience in Management Consulting, People Strategy, Start-ups and Tech in conjunction with my understanding of different environments from living in 15+ countries, to create and deliver impactful solutions that truly fit market needs.
In my spare time, I am a Speaker and Ambassador for Manitoba Women in Tech, the CMO and part of the Executive Team of TechWPG and coach start-ups on how to create winning pitches. I love engaging a crowd by sharing business expertise and my personal experiences.
