My background includes supporting large customers with solutions addressing specific business needs including: customer care, retail sales, logistics management, financial planning, and capital budget management. In addition, I have the ability to understand the business and financial factors impacting technology purchasing decisions and leverage this experience when providing best practices recommendations and enterprise scale implementations.
