I am a business leader who is passionate about discovering, engaging, and maximizing talent.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the great fortune to work with some incredible teams and executives in a
variety of tech companies - from pre-IPO to mid-sized global organizations. Companies have realized their goals under my leadership with constant curiosity, consistent measurement, and the building of repeatable, company-specific practices.

Building a great team goes beyond members of the talent function. It includes the network of interviewers, hiring leaders, operations, and executive staff. Through a disciplined approach of continuous improvement, my work across the following six focus areas of Talent Acquisition leads companies to have that great team they seek. These areas include People, Processes and Practices, Programs, Tools and Systems, Analytics, and Brand and Marketing.

When I'm not working, I'm off on an adventure with the family, playing BattleNations (it's coming back!), or searching for the next great glass of cafe sua da.
