My personal leadership philosophy is to be "unapologetically human" in everything I do. As leaders, we set the tone by role modeling behaviors and ways of working. Part of this is embracing vulnerability and authenticity. If we do not do this, we do not provide our teams with permission to do the same. I am a firm believer in the importance of an inclusive environment that encourages employees to bring their whole, authentic selves to work. When people come to work, they don’t check who they are at the door.
