Sr Marketing Manager, Voiceflow | Been known to build a Bot or two 🤖 | Podcast Co-Host|
Hi I'm Sara đź‘‹ Big fan of the oxford comma, pasta, and marketing. I started my first "adult" job 10 days after I graduated from college and grew from the first support rep to the power user of Drift inside of Drift. I held 4 different roles, was recognized by the leadership team for upholding the leadership principles of the company, and awarded President's Club. Then, I moved over to Alyce, helping them create the category of Personal Experience, grow a community of raving fans, and create a product and company that customers and non-customers love. Now, I'm at Voiceflow, back to my roots as a growth marketer learning the PLG model and owning a community of 8,000+ conversation design experts. From #5to9 you can catch me listening to True Crime Podcasts, training for a half marathon (I'm not running a race I just want to train to be able to run that many miles), reading, and eating. I also co-host a podcast about professional growth and development. It's called Self Control & Cheese. Listen here: https://anchor.fm/selfcontrolandcheese

Principal Consultant, Head of Product Strategy & Design Practice | Jonah® | Corporate & Product Strategy | Value-Driven Transformations | M&A (Design Thinking Post-Merger Integration)
"Strategic planning is not strategic thinking. Indeed, strategic planning often spoils strategic thinking, causing managers to confuse real vision with the manipulation of numbers." — Henry Mintzberg Will brings a wealth of experience with several of the best-known and most successful companies in experience design, healthcare, and the consumer web. He focuses on integrating design thinking and service design to delight customers and increase profitability. Essential to that effort is the development of future-casting organizational transformation teams that can work seamlessly across organizational functions—an area where Will brings deep expertise. Equal parts business strategist and creative visionary, he has served as a principal and executive creative director for design organizations and functions where he built teams, a client base, and products and services from the ground up. He holds patents for several products he designed in online search and navigation systems. Will has led transformation initiatives for Fortune 50 companies across a range of industries, as well as for start-ups and nonprofits. He has designed and built out enterprise digital/product transformation offices to sustain cultures of continuous change. He advises clients on driving innovation and the behavioral and culture change required to support it while creating products, services, capabilities, and ecosystems that improve the bottom line. Will is inspired by the next generation of design thinkers and agile practitioners. He has been a lecturer in the graduate design, technology, and business strategy programs as Design-Thinker-in-Residence at NYU’s Stern School of Business. Will has taught and facilitated design thinking sessions with Simon Sinek with TED Global Prize winners. He holds a Jonah, certified in Theory of Constraints from the Goldratt Institute, and more recently, he is the author of “Designing Resilience: The Strategy, Structure, and Spirit of Enterprise Agility.” Will lives on Miami Beach with his wife, Rabbi Laila Haas, and their infant son, Asher who is quickly approaching his third birthday and can't wait to travel the world.

Independent Photographer & Storyteller
Based in Amsterdam & regularly working in Paris. I am a documentary photographer working primarily in portraiture and reportage to share people’s stories. I like to use portraits to start a conversation with changemakers and those impacted by those changes. I like to use reportage to capture people’s place in their environment. When not making my own pictures, I handle projects and communications for Witness Change, an NGO using visual storytelling to support marginalized groups to share their stories. I work with stakeholders at all levels. In Amsterdam, I am actively developing projects focused on the changing demographics of Amsterdam. With my storytelling partner, Fouad Lakbir, we release bespoke publications focused on neighborhoods in transition. In addition to documentary and commercial work, I am a founding member of the photography tourism company Aperture Tours which has quickly expanded from Paris to a greater international reach. When I’m not working…I’m still thinking about making pictures, but usually on a long run or somewhere in the mountains.
