Jay Acunzo writes, speaks, and makes shows about creativity at work and business as a force for good. He's the author of the book Break the Wheel and hosts two podcasts -- Unthinkable (highly produced stories of people who break from conventional thinking), and 3 Clips, where top podcasters from orgs like TED, Discovery, Shopify, and Morning Brew deconstruct their process.

Jay began his career as a sports journalist before holding marketing and media roles at Google and HubSpot, as well as the VC firm NextView. His latest documentary series is Against the Grain, a travel show produced in partnership with the B Corp., Help Scout, exploring how modern businesses grow without sacrificing their values.

Jay's biggest ambition and maybe grandest delusion is to be the Anthony Bourdain of business :)
