Senior business leader with over 10 years experience working in insights and analytics. Recently leading, and growing, the communication Insights function across Europe in CISION a large agency with a focus on customer centricity, communication and innovation. Prior to that I managed the communications insights programmes for some of the worlds largest tech brands, such as Microsoft and Sony; helping them monitor, analyse and provide insights on data to inform business decisions. In both roles I have worked with and managed great people constantly learning, helping others develop and achieving fantastic results. Prior to my working career I achieved a Masters in Physics with Honours from Cardiff University a foundation that has been key in my career in analytics and insights.
