With over 22 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am currently the Regional Head of Sales at Mahindra Group, one of the largest and most diversified business conglomerates in India. I lead a team of over 100 sales managers and executives across three states, managing key accounts, sales operations, and team building. I am responsible for achieving the sales targets, increasing the market share, and enhancing the customer loyalty and satisfaction of Mahindra Group's products and services. I have successfully delivered multiple large-scale and complex projects, such as launching new models, expanding dealer networks, and implementing digital sales platforms. I have also completed several certification courses on leadership, organizational effectiveness, and emotional intelligence from prestigious institutions, such as Harvard Business School Online, Indian School of Business, and Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. These courses have helped me develop and refine my leadership skills, such as communication, collaboration, decision making, and problem solving.
