I am a hard worker, a fanatical prospector, and a go-getter, have started sales from the ground up in early-stage startups and have also worked with enterprise accounts and SMBS in late-stage startups, Throughout my career, I have closed over $50MM in deals in different industries from retail to real estate to currently in SAAS.
I am passionate about developing future sales leaders and initiated an out-of-the-box, empowerment-based approach to sales team management that helps sales reps meet their goals. I am also dedicated to opening up sales opportunities for aspiring BDRs, SDRs, and anyone who wants to break into tech sales.
Currently, I am the Head of Global Sales at Simera, a skill development and career platform. Under my leadership, my sales team grew from 3 to 32 reps in our first year. During the covid-19 pandemic, I Joined the tech industry, where I continue to work to expand Simera globally. EMEA is coming soon!🌍
Recently, I helped launch the Simera Sales Academy, which offers free sales training to those based in Latin America. I also lead the client retention efforts for BDR/SDR hires and fractional BDR products like PayperMeeting(Ppm).
