Some of the backstory:

I'm Daniel, CEO of Arrows. I've worked in startups for a long time, first as a product manager at Twilio and later while working with a bunch of startups for my design studio.

We started Arrows a few years ago to help companies collaborate with their customers to drive better outcomes for both sides.
