Born in Manhattan, I am the product of multiple cultures: American, Belgian, Danish, Dutch, English, French, Irish, Norwegian. My parents couldn't agree on the right way to brush their teeth due to unbridgeable cultural differences.
I am the Chief Consultant of Social Dividend Global. We help make strategic decisions safer and easier for global brands such as PepsiCo and Citrix. The International Leaders who work with us have the vision to set direction and agility to seize opportunity; our job is to deliver the facts that matter and insights that lead to action. We do this through analysis and listening in 120 markets and 30 languages, and have been awarded Best Strategic Insight Consultancy in 2021, 2020 & 2019.
I am also the Founder of My XXY | Chromodiversity Foundation, a US nonprofit dedicated to raising positive global awareness of genetic difference (#chromodiversity). Our vision is to change the way the world considers and supports chromodiversity, often linked to neurodiversity and other invisible differences. Our mission is to raise awareness, improve lives and unlock futures. We believe in celebrating diversity for more inclusive and innovative societies.
I have 4 amazing children, and am married to an extraordinary woman and professional leader in her own right originally from Italy.
